About
This 3-day intensive workshop is tailored for researchers, academicians, and professionals aiming to publish in prestigious scientific and technical journals. Participants will gain insights into advanced manuscript structuring, effective storytelling in research, and strategies for presenting complex data with clarity and precision. The workshop also covers best practices for responding to reviewers’ comments and navigating the peer review process, with practical tips on revising and resubmitting manuscripts.
Additionally, attendees will explore techniques to increase the visibility and impact of their research, including writing engaging abstracts, optimizing keywords, and promoting their work post-publication. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and expert feedback, participants will acquire the skills and confidence needed to take their publishing capabilities to the next level.

This workshop aims to understand various types of publications and strategies to write the manuscript for high-impact factor journals.

Workshop Structure
Day 1: Comprehensive guidance on Research article writing and selection of journals
- Methodology, Result and discussion section, supplementary materials, Graphical abstract, Keywords, etc.
Day 2: Selection of high-impact journals and publication stages
- Selection of right journal with right manuscript
- Submission portal, required documents for submission, peer-review stages, addressing the reviewers’ comments, etc.
Day 3: Importance of research profiles and post-publication strategies
- Creating research profile/s, importance, identify the peers or researchers, etc.
- Post-publication steps, citations, h-index, i-10 index, etc.

Mr. Sourav Mohanto is currently working as a Project Associate-II under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Karnataka, India. He has previous working experience as academician for 3.5 Years, and also worked as Patent Research Analyst for a year. His expertise includes Drug delivery science, Materials Science, Biomaterials development and characterizations, Molecular docking, etc. He is the authors of 54 publications, 07 books, 10 Intellectual Property Rights, recipient of Young Researcher Award-2023, Best Researcher Award-2024, Best Poster Presentation award, Best Oral presentation award, etc., by various national and international organizations. He has guided various UG, and PG students at the university level and was nominated as an organizing committee member for multiple conference bodies and professional organizations (i.e., APTI, CRC-IC, APR, etc.) across the globe. Mr. Sourav has also been associated with various journals as a reviewer, editorial board member, and actively participated in International and National conferences across the globe.
