Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Website lays out the return, refund and cancellation policy, as maybe amended and supplemented, from time to time which shall be applicable to the access and use of training programs, books, workshops, consultancy services hereby referred to as the "products" on the website of nanoschool (owned and managed by IT Break.com Pvt. Ltd. ) hereby referred as "Company" , the visitor/ user/ participant (“User”) of the Website. 

Return Policy:

  1. All digital products (workshops, training programs, and consultancy services) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. In case of physical products (such as books), if the product is damaged or defective, Company will replace the product free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Customers must inform Company of any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. For physical products, if the customer wishes to return the product for any other reason, they must inform Company within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  4. To initiate a return, the participant needs to contact Company's customer support team and provide their order details.
  5. The participant will be required to provide a valid reason for the return(of physical product).
  6. Once the return(of physical product) is initiated, Company will review the request and determine if the return is eligible.
  7. If the return (of physical product) is approved, the participant will be provided with a full refund within 10 business days.

Refund Policy:

  1. All digital products (workshops, training programs, and consultancy services) are non-refundable *(but you can claim a refund within 3 days after registration).
  2. If a participant cancels their participation in a workshop, there will be a 10% deduction from the refund amount on the services fee (beyond 3 days of registration).
  3. In case of physical products (such as books), if the product is damaged or defective, Company will provide a full refund or replace the product free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Customers must inform Company of any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
  4. Company provides refunds in the following scenarios:
    a. The participant initiated a return (of physical product only) within 7 days of purchase and the return was approved by Company.
    b. Company cancels a workshop, training program, or consultancy service.
  5. If the participant cancels their participation in a workshop, training program, or consultancy service, they will not be eligible for a refund.

 the participant is unable to attend a workshop, training program, or consultancy service due to unforeseen circumstances, Company will offer them the opportunity to attend the next available session.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers may cancel their order for physical products (such as books) within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order cannot be cancelled.
  2. Customers may cancel their order for project and internship services at any time before the start of the project or internship. However, Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee, depending on the circumstances.
  3. If Company cancels a workshop, training program, or consultancy service, participants will be notified via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  4. In the event of cancellation by Company, participants will be provided with a full refund within 10 business days.
  5. If a participant cancels their participation in a training program, or consultancy service, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. If a participant cancels their participation in a workshop, there will be a 10% deduction from the refund amount on the services fee.
  7. If a participant is unable to attend a workshop, training program, or consultancy service due to unforeseen circumstances, Company will offer them the opportunity to attend the next available relevant session.

    Note: These policies are subject to change at the discretion of Company. It is recommended that participants review the policies before making a purchase.

*Full fee refundable applicable only when the participant is paying the remaining amount if paid wrong fee initially.

*Full fee refund applicable if the participant has done the payment by mistake.

*Full fee refund applicable if the workshop is not relevant to their respective field.
