Uplift Event Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for an Nanoschool hereby refered to as "company" Uplift Event (training programs, workshops, consultancy, project and internship), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Event Registration:

a) All event registrations are subject to availability, and company reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration at any time, without liability.

b) Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Failure to pay the registration fee may result in the cancellation of your registration.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

a) Cancellation by company: In the event that company cancels an Uplift Event for any reason, company will refund the registration fee in full to all registered participants.

b) Cancellation by Participant: All cancellations must be submitted in writing in form of mail or message to company at least 7 day prior to the event start date. If the cancellation is received within 7 days of the event start date, the registration fee is non-refundable.

  1. Substitution Policy:

a) Substitutions are allowed if the original registrant cannot attend. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to company at least 7 days prior to the event start date.

  1. Code of Conduct:

a) Company is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants. company expects all participants to behave professionally and respectfully towards others at all times, and to refrain from any behavior that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive.

b) Any participant who violates this code of conduct may be asked to leave the event, and may be banned from attending future company events.

  1. Liability:

a) Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by participants, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from their attendance at an Uplift Event.

b) Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any personal injury sustained by participants while attending an Uplift Event.

  1. Intellectual Property:

a) All intellectual property rights in the Uplift Event, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to company or its licensors.

b) Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials from the Uplift Event, except as expressly authorized by company

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which company is located.

b) Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which company is located.

By registering for an company Uplift Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them.
