About This Course
“AI and International Arbitration” is a cutting-edge program exploring how Artificial Intelligence is transforming international dispute resolution mechanisms. From case prediction engines and natural language processing in award drafting to AI-powered legal research and virtual hearings, this course examines practical tools and the legal-ethical frameworks governing them.
It also addresses key concerns around transparency, explainability, procedural fairness, confidentiality, and due process when AI is used in arbitral procedures. Real-world case studies from investment treaty arbitration, commercial arbitration, and state-investor disputes are explored.
