Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. Dr. Gupta is a prolific author and scholar, having published approximately 60 research papers and 8 books. His contributions have been recognized with about 50 awards, highlighting his influence and commitment to his field.

Dr. Sanghdeep Gautam is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus).
He received his Ph.D. Degree in biotechnology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Science and Technology, Prayagraj University . Dr. Gautam worked at Department of Microbiology as a Scientific Officer for molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 and central research laboratory at Krishna Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura, up to December 2022. He has worked as seed analyst for DNA test at seed testing laboratory, Directorate of Seed & Farm, Shiats, Allahabad, Financed under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna. He has represented India in XVIII Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica during the season 2008-09 during a CSIR funded project entitled “Adaptive strategies of Antarctic Microflora under harsh environmental conditions in Schirmacher Oasis region, East Antarctica”. He has more than 11 years of experience in academics & research and taught various subjects like molecular biology, proteomics genomics, nanotechnology both at UG and PG level. He is CSIR-UGC-NET qualified in life sciences. He has supervised 12 post graduate students for their dissertation work. His Area of Expertise includes: Nano biotechnology and molecular biology. He has published research papers, review papers and book chapters in various international and national journals of repute.
Dr. Gautam has received Young Scientist Award 2023 by The Society of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists, India on the occasion of International Biomedical Laboratory Science Day, on April 14, 2023. He was holding National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research, Goa funded project fellowship 2008-2011. Dr. Gautam received UGC funded fellowship for doctoral degree 2012- 2017. Dr. Gautam was recognised as Distinguished speaker at national seminar on “ Advancement in Nanotechnology & Cancer Biology: An Emerging Healthcare Sector” organized by School of Life & Allied Sciences, BFIT College Dehradun.

MR. SYED KRAR HAIDER BUKHARI is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and associated with Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Superior University, Lahore. He received the Master of Science degree in computer science (MSCS) from FAST NUCES Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. He has 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, deep Learning ,NLP and Generative AI.He is currently working as an Data Scientist at digital DirAction. He is mentor and AI / ML Trainer at DirAction. He worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer at TPL UK based company. He is Editorial Board Member at STM Journals. He also worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer. His Area of Expertise includes: Commercial law, information technology, consumer and writ cases, arbitrations, etc. He has secured notable orders such as protected the houses of many residents from being demolished in South Delhi by securing stay order from Delhi High Court.

Dr. Shubham Jaju is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, Telangana. He received his MD degree in 2023 from Kaloji Narayana Rao University. Then, he worked as a Senior Resident in Osmania Medical College for a year. He is having 4 years of experience in the field of Pharmacology. Sneh Lata is a Senior Research Fellow at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, specialising in developing advanced analytical methods for environmental and biological samples. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Delhi. She has extensive experience utilising sophisticated analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-OES. Her research focuses on wastewater remediation, heavy metals, and pesticide analysis, with a strong background in metabolomics and structure elucidation of plant molecules. She is a member of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) and the American Chemical Society (ACS). She has published several articles while actively participating in international conferences, sharing her nanotechnology and environmental science expertise.

Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.
