Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Dr. A.V. Ullas is an Assistant Professor in the Nanotechnology program at the Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) AKTU Lucknow. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Applied Chemistry from Delhi Technological University(DTU) in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor in Plastics Engineering at CIPET Lucknow from Aug 2017-2019. Dr. Atul Vashist is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Engineering and Allied Sciences (SEAS), Bennett University (Times of India Group), Greater Noida, India. He is the former Principal Scientist in the Department of Infection and Immunology, Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, Haryana, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from National JALMA Institute for Leprosy and Other Mycobacterial Diseases, Agra and earned his postdoctoral from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. He has more than 15 years of research and teaching experience for conducting laboratory sessions in Microbial Genetics, Molecular Biology and Recombinant DNA Technology. Dr. Kusuma Jagadish is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Materials Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. She earned her PhD in Nanotechnology (2020) from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University and has 9 years of experience in materials science and nanotechnology. Her expertise includes materials synthesis for energy applications, particularly photovoltaics and third-generation solar cells. She has published 21 peer-reviewed articles and is a recipient of the WISE–KIRAN PDF Award (2024).
