Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. Dr. Ruby Singh is the Director, Department of Bioinformatics at Gevanam Genomics Company, Lucknow. She earned her PhD in Biotechnology (2020) from Amity University and brings 6+ years of R&D experience, including roles as a Research Assistant at Biogenix, Lucknow and as a Medical Researcher at Crazy Fox Creations, Lucknow. Her expertise includes cell culture, microbiology, bioinformatics, and review writing. She has 8 publications and has edited 1 book in aquaculture and bioinformatics.

Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally.
