Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers

Dr. M. Prasad is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. With 18+ years of teaching experience, including two years of international teaching in Ethiopia, he has guided 35+ UG/PG projects and currently supervises research scholars. A Google Android Educator, he conducts training on Google products across India and has mentored 150+ Google Certified Student Experts. He has published and presented 45+ research papers, organized 20+ academic events, and is a professional member of bodies including IEEE, ISTE, and CSI. His interests include ML, data mining, cloud, Android (Kotlin), MANETs, security, IoT, and visual analytics.

Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting. He is the author of the book “Advances in Pharmaceutical Technology”, published more than 125 research articles in peer reviewed journals, supervised & awarded more than 25 Ph.Ds. under Berhampur University, Odisha, and recipient of many awards such as “Gold Medal for B.Pharm – 1996”; “Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Award – 2005”; “Arch of Excellence (Education) Award – 2005”; “ISTE’S Rajalaxmi Memorial Best Teacher Award for Orissa State – 2006”; “APP’S Distinguished Teacher Award – 2015”, “VDGOOD’S Outstanding Scientist Award – 2019”, “APP’S Best Achiever (for Teaching & Research) Award – 2020”, and “Shiksha Bharati Award – 2021”.

Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Prof. Dr. Rajiv Dutta a prolific researcher, an outstanding academician, and an able administrator is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, London, and the Institute of Physics,London. Currently working as Dean (Research and Innovation) and Dean & Professor at the School of Bioengineering and Sciences (SBE&S) at Shobhit University, Gangoh, Dist.-Saharanpur, UP. He is also a Senior Professor of Biophysics and Bio-Engineering at SBE&LS at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed-to-be-University), Meerut. He has earned M. Tech. in Biotechnology and Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering of IIT, Kharagpur, a Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani, and also earned the Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration. He was honoured with D.Sc (h.c.) by IUCM, Colombo, Sri Lanka for his extraordinary contribution to producing large-scale biomass or herbal medicine production. He was also a Research Faculty at the Department of Botany at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, and the Department of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Dr. Md Afroz Alam is a Professor and Head in the Department of Bioinformatics, at Shalom New Life College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. He is having 14 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Bioinformatics. Dr. Ruby Singh is the Director, Department of Bioinformatics at Gevanam Genomics Company, Lucknow. She earned her PhD in Biotechnology (2020) from Amity University and brings 6+ years of R&D experience, including roles as a Research Assistant at Biogenix, Lucknow and as a Medical Researcher at Crazy Fox Creations, Lucknow. Her expertise includes cell culture, microbiology, bioinformatics, and review writing. She has 8 publications and has edited 1 book in aquaculture and bioinformatics.

Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. Dr. SWATI SOLANKI is a Senior Project Associate in the OLP project of the National Institute Of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR) in CSIR-PUSA Campus New Delhi. She received his/her Ph.D.Degree in Biotechnology from Amity University in 2024 and earned 2 years of research experience in CSIR-NIScPR from 2017 to 2019.
