Dr. Debika Bhattacharyya is a Professor in the CSE Department of IEM at the University of Engineering & Management. She received her Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2007 and then worked as a Professor in CSE Institute for 22 Years. She is having 6 Years of Experience in the field of Data Science.
Her Area of Expertise includes: Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, Statistics for Data Science. She is the recipient of “Rashtriya Gaurav Award & Certificate of Excellence by India International Friendship Society”, New Delhi ,2019, Recipient of “Distinguished leader” in the engineering discipline by Venus International Foundations in 2018, and awarded as the “Best Teacher” in 2014 and in 2018 by Institute of Engineering & Management.

Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Prof. Tinku Basu is the Founder Director of Amity Centre for Nanomedicine at Amity University, Noida, with a PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 1993. Since 2003, she has been a driving force in nanomedicine, specializing in sensor development. Prof. Basu’s impactful contributions include mobile app-based sensors for pesticides, COVID antibodies, and diabetes management. Her research spans electrochemical diagnostic biosensors, precise synthesis of materials like reduced graphene oxide, metal organic frameworks (MOF), and anisotropic metal nanoparticles. Noteworthy inventions include hand-held biosensors for Aflatoxin B1, triglyceride biosensors with extended shelf life, and reusable cholesterol and glucose sensors. With over 50 international publications in peer-reviewed journals and 7 granted patents out of 22 filed, Prof. Basu is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Recognitions include the Global Centre for Excellence Education awards by the Japan Govt in 2011 and 2014, and the Best Paper of the Year from King Abulaziz City for Science and Technology in 2013. Prof. Basu’s expertise in translational research, nano biosensors, electrochemical synthesis, and stable conducting polymers has left an indelible mark in the scientific community. She is a respected reviewer for journals like Springer, Elsevier, and ACS.

Mr. Keshan is an AI/ML researcher, educator, and technologist with an M.Tech in AI & ML and 10+ years of teaching experience. His expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Quantum Computing. Over the past three years, he has actively mentored students and professionals across India, the UK, Belgium, and the USA, delivering application-driven courses focused on conceptual clarity and hands-on learning. He also leads free AI education initiatives for underprivileged girls globally, using technology to create meaningful social impact

A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.

Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. His Area of Expertise includes: Agriculture, Agribusiness, Organic Farming, Agronomy, Seeds, Pesticides, Natural Farming, Farm Management, Training, Digital agriculture, cereals, millets, pulses, spices, oilseeds, bast fibres, Research and Extension, Report preparation, Monitoring, Organising conferences, workshops, Editing. He is the author of 118 research papers and 5 books, recipient of FAO/UNDP, IAEA, DBT Grants, 10 awards etc.

Dr V. Gayathri is a Senior Scientist in the KSCSTE- Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI), Department of Phyto-chemistry and Phyto-pharmacology Division at the Kerala State Council for Science Technology and Environment (KSCSTE), Govt. of Kerala. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from University of Kerala in 2006 and earned her postdoctoral from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, Govt. of India. Then working as a Senior Scientist in KSCSTE-Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI)Institute/University for 5 Years. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology. She is the author of more and 20 Peer reviewed journals and recipient of any National funded Grants, 3 awards etc.

Dr. Anupriya Rana was working as “Scientist B” in the department of Patanjali Herbal Research Division, Patanjali Research Foundation, Haridwar, India. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany (Nanotechnology) from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur in 2024. She has been an alumna of University of Delhi, Gargi College, 2016 batch and received an academic silver medal in her Masters in 2018. She had more than 6 years of research (Scientist B, Research Associate and DST Research Fellow) and academic experience. Her specialization is in Plant Nanotechnological research, Project coordination, Agri-Product Marketing, botanical studies, plant morphophysiological stress and mutations, Plant tissue culture and Biosynthesis. She has published 4 original articles and 1 book chapter.

Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting. Currently working as Dean (Research and Innovation) and Dean & Professor at the School of Bioengineering and Sciences (SBE&S) at Shobhit University, Gangoh, Dist.-Saharanpur, UP. He is also a Senior Professor of Biophysics and Bio-Engineering at SBE&LS at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed-to-be-University), Meerut. He has earned M. Tech. in Biotechnology and Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering of IIT, Kharagpur, a Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani, and also earned the Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration. He was honoured with D.Sc (h.c.) by IUCM, Colombo, Sri Lanka for his extraordinary contribution to producing large-scale biomass or herbal medicine production. He was also a Research Faculty at the Department of Botany at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, and the Department of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is Dean at School of Allied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Over 14 year of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published several research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. The same has already been highlighted in the National news papers. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.
