He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor in the Embryology Department of OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad, India. He received his B.Tech and PGDSCT degrees in Biotechnology and Stem Cells from Anna University and Loyola College between 2005 and 2010. He has 12 years of experience in the field of Stem Cells as a Lab Manager and QC Manager in IVF Labs.

Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology.
