Dr. Aqsa is an Assistant Professor and researcher with over a decade of professional experience in academia and research, specializing in Criminal Law. She has supervised 40 undergraduate theses and served as a project coordinator for the ‘Standardized Module for Legal Awareness Program,’ a project undertaken by Jamia Millia Islamia in collaboration with the National Commission for Women in 2014. She has published six papers in reputed law journals and has presented numerous papers at national seminars and conferences on legal issues. She was honored with the Best Paper Presentation award in the field of Victimology. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in delivering guest lectures, judging moot court competitions, and serving as a resource person for workshops on legal issues at national forums.

She earned her PhD in Biotechnology (2020) from Amity University and brings 6+ years of R&D experience, including roles as a Research Assistant at Biogenix, Lucknow and as a Medical Researcher at Crazy Fox Creations, Lucknow. Dr Shama Parveen is a Sustainability Consultant at Kognoz Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram and Gender Equality Advisor at GreenLungs Earth Foundation, Faridabad. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Ethics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2019 and is working on her postdoctoral research proposal entitled, “Ecology of Gender”. She was a lecturer at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2017-2018, NavGurukul Social Welfare Foundation, Delhi from June 2022- December 2022. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of teaching, environmental sustainability, counselling and social work. Sneh Lata is a Senior Research Fellow at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, specialising in developing advanced analytical methods for environmental and biological samples. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Delhi. She has extensive experience utilising sophisticated analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-OES. Her research focuses on wastewater remediation, heavy metals, and pesticide analysis, with a strong background in metabolomics and structure elucidation of plant molecules. She is a member of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) and the American Chemical Society (ACS). She has published several articles while actively participating in international conferences, sharing her nanotechnology and environmental science expertise.
