Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. He has supervised PhD candidates and delivered workshops and T3 sessions in machine learning, business analytics, and optimization, with interests spanning deep learning, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. He completed an M.Tech in AI-ML from BITS Pilani (2024), holds an MBA from FMS (1996), and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur (1985).

Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers

Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.

Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University. He received his LL.M Degree from Panjab University in 2013 and submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in May 2024. He worked as a Lecturer in Various Companies/MNCs Since 2013. He has 11 Years of Experience in the field of Law. His Area of Expertise includes Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. He published more than 7 Research papers in renowned peer-reviewed journals and various papers presented at the National and International Conferences.

Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Dr. Subarna Thakur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioinformatics at the University of North Bengal. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany from the University of North Bengal in 2014 and then worked as a Post Doc in various institutes like JNU, Bose Institute and IRHS, Angers, France for 4 Years. She is having more than 10 Years of Experience in the field of Computational Biology and Genomics. Her Area of Expertise includes NGS Data analysis, Transcriptomics, Network Biology. Dr. Janmejoy Gupta, is the Dean in the Department of Architecture at the University of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, (An Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India), Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (Deemed to be University) in 2017. Then worked as an Assistant Professor (2011-2018) and then Associate Professor (2018-till date) in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, respectively for 12 Years. Gayathri is a Senior Scientist in the KSCSTE- Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI), Department of Phyto-chemistry and Phyto-pharmacology Division at the Kerala State Council for Science Technology and Environment (KSCSTE), Govt. of Kerala. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from University of Kerala in 2006 and earned her postdoctoral from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, Govt. of India. Then working as a Senior Scientist in KSCSTE-Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI)Institute/University for 5 Years.
