Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Designated as a Class I Gazetted Officer, his expertise covers Cyber Law, Forensic Science, and Digital Evidence, making significant contributions as a resource person for various esteemed institutions. He authored the internationally recognized book “Cyber Law and Cyber Crime Detection,” and his research is published in numerous national and international journals. Dr. Deepak Gola is an Environmental Consultant in Trinity International, New Delhi. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Biotechnology from IIT Delhi in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) & IILM University Institute/University for 4 Years. He is having 6 Years of Experience in the field of Environmental Biotechnology and Nanotechnology His Area of Expertise includes: Wastewater Treatment, Nanotechnology, and Carbon footprint. He is the author of more than 50 journals and book chapters, a recipient of 2 consultancy project Grants, and multiple awards etc.

Dr. Mohd Zamir Pakhuruddin is currently the Director at Institute of Nano Optoelectronics Research and Technology (IDNOR) and a lecturer at School of Physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia. He spent about 8 years in industry as a Senior Engineer of Photolithography and Sputtering (R&D) in SilTerra and Fuji Electric, Kulim Hi-Tech Park respectively. He received his PhD in Photovoltaics Engineering at University of New South Wales(UNSW), Australia. His expertise is in Photovoltaic materials and devices (PVMD). His current research includes black silicon, perovskite and organic solar cells for conventional, solar windows and indoorphotovoltaic applications. To date, he has published more than 40 research papers in the field of photovoltaic. He has been a keynote speaker and an invited speaker in international conferences, seminars and trainings on topics related to the physics of solar cells, optics and light-trapping, photovoltaic technologies andphotovoltaic manufacturing. He is a Professional Technologist (Ts.) in Green Technology, which is awarded by Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Aishwar Singh Shekhawat is a Cybercrime Investigation Expert and Security Analyst dedicated to protecting digital infrastructures and combating emerging cyber threats. He has expertise in ethical hacking, digital forensics, and network security, utilizing the industry standard tools effectively identify, investigate, and mitigate cyber risks.
In his current role as an Information Security Analyst at iSON Xperiences, he conducts in-depth audits to strengthen network security, investigates phishing emails to trace threat sources, and implements preventive measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. His proactive efforts have significantly improved network security by uncovering vulnerabilities and contributing to the development of threat mitigation strategies.
