Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. His work extends into the innovative realms of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy and Healthcare. Dr. Chatale has authored six international research articles and holds a design patent granted by the UK government, marking significant contributions to his field.

Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.

He received his Ph.D Degree in Carbon based Nanomaterials from IIT, Bombay in 1997 and earned his postdoctoral from University of Namur (Belgium) 1997-1998 and Nagoya University (JAPAN) in 1998-1999 under JSPS Program. Then joined as a Research Scientist in DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur in 1999. He is having 28 Years of Experience in the field of Carbon based Nanomaterials. His Area of Expertise includes: Synthesis and Application of Carbon based Nanomaterials. He is the author of 78 peer reviewed journal papers, 7 book chapters and have 19 granted patents. He is recipient of DRDO Young Scientist Award 2001 and B. D. Bangur Award 2019 from Indian Carbon Society.

Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor (Embryology Department) at OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad. He holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and a PGDSCT in Stem Cells from Anna University and Loyola College (2005–2010). With 12 years of experience in IVF laboratories, he has worked as a Lab Manager and QC Manager, supporting quality systems and laboratory performance in assisted reproduction. Dr. Siva Mohan Reddy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.She/he received his/her Ph.D. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science in 2013 and earned his/her postdoctoral from York University. Then he is working as a Faculty in Department of Chemical Engg, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee from 2015 onwards. He/she is having 10 Years of Experience in the field of nanomaterial synthesis, bio- nanomaterials, nano-carbon materials for energy and environment. Her/his Area of Expertise includes: Nano carbon hybrid materials, H2 production from biomass, Biofuels, Bio- nanomaterials, Waste water treatment, Solid and liquid waste management, Nanocatalysts for energy and environment applications. She/he is the author of 50 international peer review journal papers, has ongoing/completed more than 3 crore grant from different funding agencies, and recipient of Young Influential Researcher – Asia 2023 by ACS.

Dr. Ravichandran is Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry at DRK Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad. He earned his PhD (2006) from Madurai Kamaraj University and an MSc from Pondicherry University, and qualified GATE (95th percentile, 1998). With 18 years of teaching and research experience, he has published 175 international papers, holds 16 patents, and has authored 12 textbooks and 60 book chapters. A recipient of multiple national and international honours, his current focus is on developing greener, sustainable chemical methodologies.

Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Prof. Webster and his team have over 1,350 publications with over 55,000 citations. He is a recent Nobel Prize in Chemistry Nominee.
