Mr. Kaustav Ghosh is an advocate at the Calcutta High Court in West Bengal and a notable figure in environmental law and advocacy. As the founder of Lawet, he aims to foster significant societal impacts through legal channels. Currently, he is a proactive member of the climate change education research community at Cambridge University Press, the World Commission on Environmental Law of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, and the United Nations Ocean Decade Network. His efforts are dedicated to advancing sustainable development and promoting animal protection. Ghosh’s commitment extends beyond the courtroom as he contributes to research and policy development, aiming to address critical environmental issues globally. I received my bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry & Chemistry from University of Kashmir in 2018 and earned my master’s in Biochemistry from the same university. Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.

Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. He completed an M.Tech in AI-ML from BITS Pilani (2024), holds an MBA from FMS (1996), and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur (1985).

Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Ceramic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2007. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. He has 26 Years of Experience in Nanoceramics, Bioceramics, and High-Temperature Ceramics. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. He is the author of peer-reviewed 65 SCI publications, four books (CRC Press, Springer-Nature, Wiley), five book chapters, 6 National and International Patents, Govt. of India and Industry sponsored projects with a cost of more than Rs.3.5 crore, and recipient of the MRSI medal 2016, and many more.

Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.

Dr. Rini Chaturvedi is a DST Inspire Faculty in the Department of Microbiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural parasitology from ICGEB, New Delhi University in 2021 and earned her postdoctoral from university of ICGEB, New Delhi. She is having 13 Years of Experience in the field of Molecular medicine. Her Area of Expertise includes: Structural Parasitology, Drug Discovery, Public Health, Immunology, epigenetics. She is the author of 21 research articles, DST INSPIRE Faculty grant recipient, Young Scientist award, etc.

Her area of Expertise includes: Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python Programming, R Programming, Tableau. She/he is the author of 02 books, 08 book chapters and 78 research papers.

Ms. Daina Yesuraj is a Lecturer in the GUCR department at the University of Dubai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Marine biotechnology from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy since 2023. She has more than 10 years of combined experience in the field of teaching and research. Her area of expertise includes: sustainability and seaweed biotechnology. She is the author of few research papers and a book chapter related to application of seaweeds. Other than academia, she simultaneously serves as a Judge for the Global Undergraduate Awards, Ireland since 2022.

Miss Nishita is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Science Department of Environmental Science at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has submitted his/her Ph.D. thesis in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. She/he is the BRICS YOUNG SCIENTIST 2023, recipient of any Grants, awards etc.
