His Area of Expertise includes: Synthesis and Application of Carbon based Nanomaterials. He is the author of 78 peer reviewed journal papers, 7 book chapters and have 19 granted patents. He is recipient of DRDO Young Scientist Award 2001 and B. D. Bangur Award 2019 from Indian Carbon Society.
MR. SYED KRAR HAIDER BUKHARI is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and associated with Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Superior University, Lahore. He received the Master of Science degree in computer science (MSCS) from FAST NUCES Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University. He received his LL.M Degree from Panjab University in 2013 and submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in May 2024. He worked as a Lecturer in Various Companies/MNCs Since 2013. He has 11 Years of Experience in the field of Law. His Area of Expertise includes Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr. Roy’s expertise and contributions have cemented his reputation in the field.
Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.
Dr. Dimple Thakar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Marwadi University, with a prolific 20-year academic career intertwined with over three years of industry experience in IT and software development. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in steganography, she is a recognized expert in her field.
Dr. Thakar has a deep commitment to education and research, reflected in her roles as Research Coordinator and NAAC criteria coordinator at the Faculty of Computer Application, where she also serves as the Program Coordinator for the BCA course. Her extensive teaching repertoire includes advanced subjects such as Data Structures, C#.NET, Design Analysis and Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
In her previous roles, she served as an Associate Professor at the Sunshine Group of Institutions, where she was also the Academic Head of the MCA department and coordinated various programs and cultural activities. Her early career includes significant stints as a lecturer at Geetanjali College and Matushri Virbai Mahila College, enriching her teaching experience.

She is an active member of the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Science and Engineering Research and serves as a reviewer and committee member on several international conferences.

Dr. M. Prasad is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. With 18+ years of teaching experience, including two years of international teaching in Ethiopia, he has guided 35+ UG/PG projects and currently supervises research scholars. A Google Android Educator, he conducts training on Google products across India and has mentored 150+ Google Certified Student Experts. He has published and presented 45+ research papers, organized 20+ academic events, and is a professional member of bodies including IEEE, ISTE, and CSI. Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.
Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers
Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor (Embryology Department) at OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad. He holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and a PGDSCT in Stem Cells from Anna University and Loyola College (2005–2010). With 12 years of experience in IVF laboratories, he has worked as a Lab Manager and QC Manager, supporting quality systems and laboratory performance in assisted reproduction. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Designated as a Class I Gazetted Officer, his expertise covers Cyber Law, Forensic Science, and Digital Evidence, making significant contributions as a resource person for various esteemed institutions. He authored the internationally recognized book “Cyber Law and Cyber Crime Detection,” and his research is published in numerous national and international journals. Bharati has received multiple accolades for his contributions to legal studies, including the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Distinguished Faculty Award 2023 and the Philip Alston International Best Faculty Award 2023 from CPACE, IMRF, Government of India. His career is marked by awards like the Global Cyber Crime Helpline Award 2021 and National Level Best Teacher Award 2019.
