Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

MR. SYED KRAR HAIDER BUKHARI is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and associated with Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Superior University, Lahore. He received the Master of Science degree in computer science (MSCS) from FAST NUCES Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. He has 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, deep Learning ,NLP and Generative AI.He is currently working as an Data Scientist at digital DirAction. He is mentor and AI / ML Trainer at DirAction. He worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer at TPL UK based company. He is Editorial Board Member at STM Journals. He also worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer. He recived distinguished awards in research funds for his publications.His research publication includes in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, NLP, and deep learning.

Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. His Area of Expertise includes: Agriculture, Agribusiness, Organic Farming, Agronomy, Seeds, Pesticides, Natural Farming, Farm Management, Training, Digital agriculture, cereals, millets, pulses, spices, oilseeds, bast fibres, Research and Extension, Report preparation, Monitoring, Organising conferences, workshops, Editing. Dr. Sumit Sheoran is an assistant officer and research scholar in the department of biochemistry at the university of lovely professional university, Jalandhar. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry from Lovely Professional University in 2024. He has 2 Years of experience in the field of biochemistry. Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Designated as a Class I Gazetted Officer, his expertise covers Cyber Law, Forensic Science, and Digital Evidence, making significant contributions as a resource person for various esteemed institutions. He authored the internationally recognized book “Cyber Law and Cyber Crime Detection,” and his research is published in numerous national and international journals. Dr. Pooja Devi is a Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh. She is affiliated with the Materials Science and Sensor Application Department of CSIR-CSIO. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Engineering (Materials) from the Academy of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi in 2018. She has been working as a scientist at CSIR-CSIO since 2010. She is having 12 years of experience in the field of materials. Her major research interest includes materials design for green hydrogen production, water/air pollutants degradation, and water pollutants monitoring, materials engineering, techniques, and associated affordable and portable devices development for water pollutants detection, degradation, green hydrogen production, air purification, etc. She has filed 03 patents, 02 design registration, 01 copyright, transferred 02 technology, published 84 international high-impact publications, edited 07 books, 22 book chapters, 90 conference papers, and delivered 60 invited/oral talks. She has received funding/fellowships from DST, SERB, CSIR, ACS, IUSSTF, etc., for various projects.
