Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.

Dr Shiv Singh is a Scientist and Assistant Professor at the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research-Advanced Materials and Process Research Institute. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur in 2015 and earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Institute of Materials Science, South Korea. Then worked as a DST INSPIRE Faculty in CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow for 3 Years. He is having ~8 Years of Experience in the field of Nanomaterials & Electrochemistry. His Area of Expertise includes: Microbial fuel cell, Microbial electrolysis cell, CO 2 reduction, Electrochemical sensors etc. He is the author of approximately 50 prestigious journals with an average Impact factor ~9, Also recipient of many Grants, awards etc from International and National authorities (DST, CSIR, European Union etc).

Dr. Jyoti Gangane is a Professor in the E&TC Department at Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai). She earned her PhD in Wireless Communication from the University of Malaga, Spain (2016) and brings 32 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication. Her expertise includes digital signal processing (DSP) and wireless communication, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.

Mr. Keshan is an AI/ML researcher, educator, and technologist with an M.Tech in AI & ML and 10+ years of teaching experience. Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. Then working as a Senior Scientist in KSCSTE-Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI)Institute/University for 5 Years. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology.
