Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting. He is the author of the book “Advances in Pharmaceutical Technology”, published more than 125 research articles in peer reviewed journals, supervised & awarded more than 25 Ph.Ds. under Berhampur University, Odisha, and recipient of many awards such as “Gold Medal for B.Pharm – 1996”; “Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Award – 2005”; “Arch of Excellence (Education) Award – 2005”; “ISTE’S Rajalaxmi Memorial Best Teacher Award for Orissa State – 2006”; “APP’S Distinguished Teacher Award – 2015”, “VDGOOD’S Outstanding Scientist Award – 2019”, “APP’S Best Achiever (for Teaching & Research) Award – 2020”, and “Shiksha Bharati Award – 2021”.

Dr. Upma Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Gautam Buddha University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. She has 5 Years of Experience in the field of Bioethanol production utilizing dairy waste. Her Areas of Expertise include: bioethanol production, yeast development, metabolic engineering, gene expression ,etc.

Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Then worked as a Professor in Genetics and Plant Breeding, Banaras Hindu University for 15 Years. He is having 36 Years of Experience in the field of Microbial Genetics. His area of expertise includes: Cell Biology, Plant-Microbe Interaction and Bacterial Genetics. He is recipient of many project grants from UGC, CSIR, Department of Biotechnology and Department of Science and Technology, guided 15 Ph.D students, published 45 research papers awarded with Biotechnology National Award.
