Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.

Dr. Garima Singh is a Researcher in Biomaterials and Biopolymers at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and serves as a Scientific Technical Officer at Reinste Nanoventures. Her work focuses on bacterial cellulose, biopolymers, nanomaterials, and the development of functional biomaterials for advanced applications. She has authored multiple research papers and book chapters, and has presented her research at national and international conferences. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.
