He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With over two decades of experience, she has held prominent positions, including Associate Dean at K.R.
