Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. Dr. Gupta is a prolific author and scholar, having published approximately 60 research papers and 8 books. Mr. Sourav Mohanto is currently working as a Project Associate-II under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Karnataka, India. He has previous working experience as academician for 3.5 Years, and also worked as Patent Research Analyst for a year. Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids.
