Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting. He is the author of the book “Advances in Pharmaceutical Technology”, published more than 125 research articles in peer reviewed journals, supervised & awarded more than 25 Ph.Ds. under Berhampur University, Odisha, and recipient of many awards such as “Gold Medal for B.Pharm – 1996”; “Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi Award – 2005”; “Arch of Excellence (Education) Award – 2005”; “ISTE’S Rajalaxmi Memorial Best Teacher Award for Orissa State – 2006”; “APP’S Distinguished Teacher Award – 2015”, “VDGOOD’S Outstanding Scientist Award – 2019”, “APP’S Best Achiever (for Teaching & Research) Award – 2020”, and “Shiksha Bharati Award – 2021”.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Driven by his passion for innovation and commitment to the environment, Dr. Ratul Das continues to make remarkable contributions to the field of Nanobiotechnology.

He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Kumar Ajay has been a Professor and Director in the Institute of Applied Sciences at the Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Life Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 1997 and earned his postdoctoral from James Graham Brown Cancer Center, university of Louisville (UofL), KY, USA, Then worked as Asst. Professor in Lovely Professional University, Punjab, Dean Academics at Uttaranchal College of Science and technology, Dehradun, Director (Operation) at Dolphin College of Science and Agriculture, Punjab He has ten years working experience in food processing and pharmaceutical industries. Prof. Kumar is having 25 Years of Experience in the field of Alternative Medicines and Biotechnology. His Area of Expertise include Plant Biotechnology, Tissue Culture, Hydroponics, Mushroom Production, Herbal Medicines and Food Processing. He is consultant to American companies.
