Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University in 2015 and earned his postdoctoral fellowship from the Federal University of Sao Carlos during 2016 -2020. In 2021, he joined ISCOP as a Quality Manager. He has 15 Years of Experience in the field of Biotechnology.
