Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. He founded Scripta Lex Law Firm and established an independent legal practice, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and several tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and consumer forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
As an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Tiwari has gained extensive experience in handling complex legal matters in Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development.
