Partha Majumdar is the Managing Director of Majumdar Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a distinguished career that spans various countries and industries. With a keen eye for pattern recognition, he has overseen the development of over 10 Enterprise Class products deployed across 57 countries. He has collaborated closely with key ministries in 8 nations and more than 20 enterprises, leaving a significant mark at organizations such as Siemens, Amdocs, NIIT, Mobily, and JP Morgan Chase & Co. notably, he not only led system development but also managed highly profitable business units. Partha’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident as he successfully established three companies by 2023, operating in India, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. His expertise extends to designing OLTP systems for diverse sectors, including Telcos, Hospitals, Tea Gardens, Factories, Travel Houses, and even Cricket tournaments. Since 2012, Partha has been deeply immersed in Data Products, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, consistently contributing his pattern-finding skills to the development of Rapid Development Tools. Partha’s unwavering commitment to lifelong learning is underscored by his educational journey, which began with a Mathematics degree and culminated in a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva. Along this remarkable path, he earned master’s degrees in Telecommunications and Computer Security, executive MBAs in Information Systems and Business Analytics, and advanced certificates in AI/ML/DL, Cyber Security, and Computational Data Sciences from esteemed institutions, including Manipal Academy of Higher Education, IIT Kanpur, and IISc Bengaluru.
Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Driven by his passion for innovation and commitment to the environment, Dr. Ratul Das continues to make remarkable contributions to the field of Nanobiotechnology.
Dr. Pooja Devi is a Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh. She is affiliated with the Materials Science and Sensor Application Department of CSIR-CSIO. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Engineering (Materials) from the Academy of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi in 2018. She has been working as a scientist at CSIR-CSIO since 2010. She is having 12 years of experience in the field of materials. Her major research interest includes materials design for green hydrogen production, water/air pollutants degradation, and water pollutants monitoring, materials engineering, techniques, and associated affordable and portable devices development for water pollutants detection, degradation, green hydrogen production, air purification, etc. She has filed 03 patents, 02 design registration, 01 copyright, transferred 02 technology, published 84 international high-impact publications, edited 07 books, 22 book chapters, 90 conference papers, and delivered 60 invited/oral talks. She has received funding/fellowships from DST, SERB, CSIR, ACS, IUSSTF, etc., for various projects. She is also a recipient of several prestigious awards and fellowships including NASI Young Scientist Platinum Jubilee Award (2021), IEI Young Engineer Award, INAE Young Engineer Award (2020), SERB Women Excellence Award (2020), Young Associateship of Indian Academy of Science (2019-22), Haryana Yuva Vigyan Ratan Award (2019), Young Scientist Award (2019) from Indian Science Congress Association, Young Scientist Award (2019) from International Society for Energy, Environment and Sustainability, IUSSTF Water Advanced Research and Innovation (WARI) fellowship (2017), Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship (2010), GC Jain Memorial Award (2020) by MRSI, PITTCON- Travel Grant (2018) from American Chemical Society, SERB International Travel grant, etc.
Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Prof. Webster and his team have over 1,350 publications with over 55,000 citations. He is a recent Nobel Prize in Chemistry Nominee.
Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and
Applications at the Sharda University
he received his Ph.D. Degree in Mathematical Computing from IIT
Roorkee in 2014 and earned his postgraduate from IIT Roorkee in Computer
Applications. Then worked as a Professor in Department of Computer Science
and Applications of Sharda School on Engineering and Technology of Sharda University for one
Years. He/she is having 25 Years of Experience in the field of Mathematics and Computer
Science. Her/his Area of Expertise includes: Machine Learning, Medical Imaging, and
Mathematical Computing.
Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of
Engineering at the University of Baghdad
He received his Ph.D. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from UKM
University in 2024. He is having 10 Years of Experience in the field of Computer
Engineering and 16 years in academic filed. His Area of Expertise includes Computer
Engineering, Networking, UAV, UAV Routing protocols, Machine learning (ML), and
Reinforcement Learning (RL).
He is the author of several publication and recipient of any Grants, awards etc.
Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2022 from Lanzhou University, China and earned his postdoctoral from China Three Gorges University, China in 2025. He is having 3 years of Experience in the field of Aquatic Biology/Toxicology/Nanotechnology. His Area of Expertise includes: Emerging Pollutants/Aquatic Pollution/Toxicology/Nano-toxicity/Fisheries/Fish physiology/Fish behavior

Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is Dean at School of Allied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Over 14 year of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published several research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. The same has already been highlighted in the National news papers. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.
Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. He has published 79 research papers, 8 books, 14 book chapters and secured a patent (6 patents filed). He has guided several PhD, Master’s and Undergraduate students. Given his vast teaching and research experience, Dr. Neel looks forward to adding value to esteemed institution, namely, SMCH and SIMATS where he is currently employed.
Dr. Shubham Jaju is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, Telangana. He received his MD degree in 2023 from Kaloji Narayana Rao University. Then, he worked as a Senior Resident in Osmania Medical College for a year. He is having 4 years of experience in the field of Pharmacology. His area of expertise includes Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacotherapeutics, Research and Clinical Trials and Drug Safety. He is the author of several scientific articles.
