Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. Dr. A.V. Ullas is an Assistant Professor in the Nanotechnology program at the Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) AKTU Lucknow. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Applied Chemistry from Delhi Technological University(DTU) in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor in Plastics Engineering at CIPET Lucknow from Aug 2017-2019. He later joined Nanotechnology program at CAS AKTU from September 2019. He is having 07 Years of Experience in the field of teaching. Sneh Lata is a Senior Research Fellow at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, specialising in developing advanced analytical methods for environmental and biological samples. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Delhi. She has extensive experience utilising sophisticated analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-OES. Her research focuses on wastewater remediation, heavy metals, and pesticide analysis, with a strong background in metabolomics and structure elucidation of plant molecules. She is a member of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) and the American Chemical Society (ACS). Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr. Rishi Kumar Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biosciences at the IMS Ghaziabad (University courses Campus). He received his Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Biotechnology from Central University Assam, Silchar Campus and currently working as an Associate Professor in IMS Ghaziabad for last three Years.
