Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is Dean at School of Allied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Over 14 year of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published several research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. The same has already been highlighted in the National news papers. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.

Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Dr. Neeta Bhagat was Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Biotechnology at the Amity University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Bundelkhand University in 2008. Then worked as a AP-III in AIB Institute for 15 years. She is the author of 20 +research articles and one book and guided PhD student, many M. Tech, M.Sc., B.Tech, B.Sc. students for project and dissertation work.

He received his Ph.D Degree in Carbon based Nanomaterials from IIT, Bombay in 1997 and earned his postdoctoral from University of Namur (Belgium) 1997-1998 and Nagoya University (JAPAN) in 1998-1999 under JSPS Program. Then joined as a Research Scientist in DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur in 1999. He is having 28 Years of Experience in the field of Carbon based Nanomaterials. His Area of Expertise includes: Synthesis and Application of Carbon based Nanomaterials. He is the author of 78 peer reviewed journal papers, 7 book chapters and have 19 granted patents. He is recipient of DRDO Young Scientist Award 2001 and B. D. Bangur Award 2019 from Indian Carbon Society.

Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.

Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India.
