Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. Dr. Pooja Devi is a Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh. She is affiliated with the Materials Science and Sensor Application Department of CSIR-CSIO. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Engineering (Materials) from the Academy of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi in 2018. She has been working as a scientist at CSIR-CSIO since 2010. She is having 12 years of experience in the field of materials. Her major research interest includes materials design for green hydrogen production, water/air pollutants degradation, and water pollutants monitoring, materials engineering, techniques, and associated affordable and portable devices development for water pollutants detection, degradation, green hydrogen production, air purification, etc. She has filed 03 patents, 02 design registration, 01 copyright, transferred 02 technology, published 84 international high-impact publications, edited 07 books, 22 book chapters, 90 conference papers, and delivered 60 invited/oral talks. Dr. Atul Vashist is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Engineering and Allied Sciences (SEAS), Bennett University (Times of India Group), Greater Noida, India. He is the former Principal Scientist in the Department of Infection and Immunology, Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, Haryana, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from National JALMA Institute for Leprosy and Other Mycobacterial Diseases, Agra and earned his postdoctoral from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Cornell University, Ithaca, USA. He has more than 15 years of research and teaching experience for conducting laboratory sessions in Microbial Genetics, Molecular Biology and Recombinant DNA Technology. His Area of Expertise include infectious diseases, molecular biology, protein chemistry, mycobacteriology, nuclear medicine, hydrogel technology. Dr. Ravichandran is Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry at DRK Institute of Science and Technology, Hyderabad. He earned his PhD (2006) from Madurai Kamaraj University and an MSc from Pondicherry University, and qualified GATE (95th percentile, 1998). Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning.
