Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. He has supervised PhD candidates and delivered workshops and T3 sessions in machine learning, business analytics, and optimization, with interests spanning deep learning, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting. Dr. Sanghdeep Gautam is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus).
He received his Ph.D. Degree in biotechnology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Science and Technology, Prayagraj University . Dr. Gautam worked at Department of Microbiology as a Scientific Officer for molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 and central research laboratory at Krishna Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura, up to December 2022. He has worked as seed analyst for DNA test at seed testing laboratory, Directorate of Seed & Farm, Shiats, Allahabad, Financed under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna. He has represented India in XVIII Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica during the season 2008-09 during a CSIR funded project entitled “Adaptive strategies of Antarctic Microflora under harsh environmental conditions in Schirmacher Oasis region, East Antarctica”. He has more than 11 years of experience in academics & research and taught various subjects like molecular biology, proteomics genomics, nanotechnology both at UG and PG level. He is CSIR-UGC-NET qualified in life sciences. He has supervised 12 post graduate students for their dissertation work. His Area of Expertise includes: Nano biotechnology and molecular biology. He has published research papers, review papers and book chapters in various international and national journals of repute.
Dr. Gautam has received Young Scientist Award 2023 by The Society of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists, India on the occasion of International Biomedical Laboratory Science Day, on April 14, 2023. He was holding National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research, Goa funded project fellowship 2008-2011. Dr. Gautam received UGC funded fellowship for doctoral degree 2012- 2017. Dr. Gautam was recognised as Distinguished speaker at national seminar on “ Advancement in Nanotechnology & Cancer Biology: An Emerging Healthcare Sector” organized by School of Life & Allied Sciences, BFIT College Dehradun.

Dr. Shubham Jaju is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, Telangana. He received his MD degree in 2023 from Kaloji Narayana Rao University. Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.
