Dr. Dimple Thakar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Marwadi University, with a prolific 20-year academic career intertwined with over three years of industry experience in IT and software development. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in steganography, she is a recognized expert in her field.

Dr. Thakar has a deep commitment to education and research, reflected in her roles as Research Coordinator and NAAC criteria coordinator at the Faculty of Computer Application, where she also serves as the Program Coordinator for the BCA course. Her extensive teaching repertoire includes advanced subjects such as Data Structures, C#.NET, Design Analysis and Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.

In her previous roles, she served as an Associate Professor at the Sunshine Group of Institutions, where she was also the Academic Head of the MCA department and coordinated various programs and cultural activities. Her early career includes significant stints as a lecturer at Geetanjali College and Matushri Virbai Mahila College, enriching her teaching experience.

Dr. Chitra Dhawale is a Professor in the Science and Technology Department of Datta Meghe Institute of Education and Research (Deemed to be University). She received her Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from S.G.B.Amravati University in 2009. She is having 25+ years of teaching and research experience in computer science. Her area of Expertise includes: Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python Programming, R Programming, Tableau. She/he is the author of 02 books, 08 book chapters and 78 research papers.

Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Prof. Webster and his team have over 1,350 publications with over 55,000 citations. He is a recent Nobel Prize in Chemistry Nominee.

Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Ceramic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2007. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. He has 26 Years of Experience in Nanoceramics, Bioceramics, and High-Temperature Ceramics. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. He is the author of peer-reviewed 65 SCI publications, four books (CRC Press, Springer-Nature, Wiley), five book chapters, 6 National and International Patents, Govt. of India and Industry sponsored projects with a cost of more than Rs.3.5 crore, and recipient of the MRSI medal 2016, and many more.

Mr. Kaustav Ghosh is an advocate at the Calcutta High Court in West Bengal and a notable figure in environmental law and advocacy. As the founder of Lawet, he aims to foster significant societal impacts through legal channels. Currently, he is a proactive member of the climate change education research community at Cambridge University Press, the World Commission on Environmental Law of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, and the United Nations Ocean Decade Network. His efforts are dedicated to advancing sustainable development and promoting animal protection. Ghosh’s commitment extends beyond the courtroom as he contributes to research and policy development, aiming to address critical environmental issues globally. His work not only underscores his dedication to environmental advocacy but also his belief in the power of law to effectuate substantial change in society.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.
