Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sharda University. He earned his PhD in Mathematical Computing from IIT Roorkee (2014) and completed his postgraduate studies in Computer Applications from IIT Roorkee. With 25 years of experience across mathematics and computer science, his expertise includes machine learning, medical imaging, and mathematical computing, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Prof. Dr. Rajiv Dutta a prolific researcher, an outstanding academician, and an able administrator is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, London, and the Institute of Physics,London. Currently working as Dean (Research and Innovation) and Dean & Professor at the School of Bioengineering and Sciences (SBE&S) at Shobhit University, Gangoh, Dist.-Saharanpur, UP. He is also a Senior Professor of Biophysics and Bio-Engineering at SBE&LS at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed-to-be-University), Meerut. He has earned M. Tech. in Biotechnology and Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering of IIT, Kharagpur, a Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani, and also earned the Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration. He was honoured with D.Sc (h.c.) by IUCM, Colombo, Sri Lanka for his extraordinary contribution to producing large-scale biomass or herbal medicine production. He was also a Research Faculty at the Department of Botany at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, and the Department of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He had received several awards including JCI Outstanding Young Person of India, ISBEM Dr. Ramesh Gulrajani Memorial Award 2006; Outstanding Researcher Award-2011 at Ion Channel Retreat, Vancouver; International Academic Excellence Award- 2021 by International Institute of Organized Research; Indo Asian Education Excellence Award-2022 by International Multidisciplinary Research Foundation; International Scientist Award on Engineering, Science, and Medicine -2022 by INSO, Top Ten Professors of the Year Award-2022 at Global Education Award, and CV Raman Award-2023 for Outstanding Research by the Institute of Research. Dr. Rishi Kumar Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biosciences at the IMS Ghaziabad (University courses Campus). He received his Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Biotechnology from Central University Assam, Silchar Campus and currently working as an Associate Professor in IMS Ghaziabad for last three Years. He is having more than 16 Years of Experience in the field of research and academics. His Area of Expertise includes: Environmental and Microbial Biotechnology, Industrial and fermentation technology and Plant tissue Culture. He is the author of several research articles and book chapters published in esteemed journals.

A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.

Dr. Md Afroz Alam is a Professor and Head in the Department of Bioinformatics, at Shalom New Life College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. He is having 14 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Bioinformatics. His area of expertise includes: Computer Aided Drug Design, Molecular Modeling and Simulation, QSAR and Pharmacophore modeling, Biostatistics, R programming, Unix and Linux. He is the author of 24 research articles, 2 Book Chapter, recipient of short-term research grants, workshop grants, and National Youth leader award by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports under the National Service Scheme, Government of India.

Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. He has supervised PhD candidates and delivered workshops and T3 sessions in machine learning, business analytics, and optimization, with interests spanning deep learning, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Vipin Singh is a former Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology, Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad and earned his postdoctoral from Institute of Biology, Ecole normal Superior, IBENS – Paris. He has more than 11 years of research and teaching experience in Genome data analysis, Molecular biology, Bioinformatics. His Area of Expertise include Molecular Biology, rDNA Technology, Genetics, Genomics and Proteomics, Bioinformatics -NGS Data Analytics, PERL, R, Python, Awk, Biopython. Dr. Subarna Thakur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioinformatics at the University of North Bengal. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany from the University of North Bengal in 2014 and then worked as a Post Doc in various institutes like JNU, Bose Institute and IRHS, Angers, France for 4 Years. She is having more than 10 Years of Experience in the field of Computational Biology and Genomics. Her Area of Expertise includes NGS Data analysis, Transcriptomics, Network Biology. She is the author of 10 original research articles in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Upma Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Gautam Buddha University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. She has 5 Years of Experience in the field of Bioethanol production utilizing dairy waste. Her Areas of Expertise include: bioethanol production, yeast development, metabolic engineering, gene expression ,etc.

Dr. Mahima Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Science and Humanities Department (Physics) of Compucom Institute of Technology and Management (CITM), Jaipur, Rajasthan. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Amity Institute of Nanotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida in 2020. Then worked as a Lecturer in Government Engineering College, Jhalawar Rajasthan for 3 Years. she is having 7 Years of Experience in the field of physics. Dr. Aqsa is an Assistant Professor and researcher with over a decade of professional experience in academia and research, specializing in Criminal Law. She has supervised 40 undergraduate theses and served as a project coordinator for the ‘Standardized Module for Legal Awareness Program,’ a project undertaken by Jamia Millia Islamia in collaboration with the National Commission for Women in 2014. She has published six papers in reputed law journals and has presented numerous papers at national seminars and conferences on legal issues. She was honored with the Best Paper Presentation award in the field of Victimology. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in delivering guest lectures, judging moot court competitions, and serving as a resource person for workshops on legal issues at national forums.
