Dr. Md Afroz Alam is a Professor and Head in the Department of Bioinformatics, at Shalom New Life College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. He is having 14 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Bioinformatics. His area of expertise includes: Computer Aided Drug Design, Molecular Modeling and Simulation, QSAR and Pharmacophore modeling, Biostatistics, R programming, Unix and Linux. He is the author of 24 research articles, 2 Book Chapter, recipient of short-term research grants, workshop grants, and National Youth leader award by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports under the National Service Scheme, Government of India.

Dr. A. O. Surendranathan is a Retired Professor in the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Ph. D. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mangalore University in 1994. Then continued to work as a Lecturer (Senior Scale) in National Institute of Technology for 2 Years. He is having 41 Years of Experience in the field of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. His Area of Expertise includes Powder Metallurgy, Super plasticity, Lithium Battery, and Corrosion. He is the author of a book entitled, “An Introduction to Ceramics and Refractories”, recipient of 7 Project Grants. 7 awards etc.

Dr. Anupriya Rana was working as “Scientist B” in the department of Patanjali Herbal Research Division, Patanjali Research Foundation, Haridwar, India. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany (Nanotechnology) from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur in 2024. She has been an alumna of University of Delhi, Gargi College, 2016 batch and received an academic silver medal in her Masters in 2018. She had more than 6 years of research (Scientist B, Research Associate and DST Research Fellow) and academic experience. Her specialization is in Plant Nanotechnological research, Project coordination, Agri-Product Marketing, botanical studies, plant morphophysiological stress and mutations, Plant tissue culture and Biosynthesis. She has published 4 original articles and 1 book chapter.

Prof. Tinku Basu is the Founder Director of Amity Centre for Nanomedicine at Amity University, Noida, with a PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 1993. Since 2003, she has been a driving force in nanomedicine, specializing in sensor development. Prof. Basu’s impactful contributions include mobile app-based sensors for pesticides, COVID antibodies, and diabetes management. Her research spans electrochemical diagnostic biosensors, precise synthesis of materials like reduced graphene oxide, metal organic frameworks (MOF), and anisotropic metal nanoparticles. Noteworthy inventions include hand-held biosensors for Aflatoxin B1, triglyceride biosensors with extended shelf life, and reusable cholesterol and glucose sensors. With over 50 international publications in peer-reviewed journals and 7 granted patents out of 22 filed, Prof. Basu is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Recognitions include the Global Centre for Excellence Education awards by the Japan Govt in 2011 and 2014, and the Best Paper of the Year from King Abulaziz City for Science and Technology in 2013. Prof. Basu’s expertise in translational research, nano biosensors, electrochemical synthesis, and stable conducting polymers has left an indelible mark in the scientific community. Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids.
