Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. He founded Scripta Lex Law Firm and established an independent legal practice, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and several tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and consumer forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
As an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Tiwari has gained extensive experience in handling complex legal matters in Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC). He serves as a panel counsel for the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and has been appointed as Amicus Curiae in various cases before the NCDRC.

He received his Ph.D Degree in Carbon based Nanomaterials from IIT, Bombay in 1997 and earned his postdoctoral from University of Namur (Belgium) 1997-1998 and Nagoya University (JAPAN) in 1998-1999 under JSPS Program. Then joined as a Research Scientist in DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur in 1999. He is having 28 Years of Experience in the field of Carbon based Nanomaterials. His Area of Expertise includes: Synthesis and Application of Carbon based Nanomaterials. He is the author of 78 peer reviewed journal papers, 7 book chapters and have 19 granted patents. He is recipient of DRDO Young Scientist Award 2001 and B. D. Bangur Award 2019 from Indian Carbon Society.

Dr. Garima Singh is a Researcher in Biomaterials and Biopolymers at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and serves as a Scientific Technical Officer at Reinste Nanoventures. Her work focuses on bacterial cellulose, biopolymers, nanomaterials, and the development of functional biomaterials for advanced applications. Dr. Noopur Singh is a freelance researcher in the field of Bioinformatics. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in 2023. Before that, she worked as a JRF at the DBT-funded bioinformatics facility at Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. Subsequently, she held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur. Dr. Noopur has over 10 years of experience in the field of Bioinformatics. Her area of expertise includes Computer Aided Drug Design, Molecular Modeling, Gene Editing, NGS Data Analysis, Sequence Analysis, and Gene Prediction. She has authored 7 research publications.

Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. He has also delivered training workshops for Jharkhand CID and Dhanbad Police. Proficient in tools such as FTK, ADF, AmpedFive, and Leica 3D Scanner, he is focused on advancing modern forensic investigation practices.

Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent.
