Dr. Debashree De is a seasoned scientific writer (Ex-novartis) with 15 years of research experience. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural Biology and Biochemistry from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2012 and earned her postdoctoral from Centro di Rierca E. Menni, Fondazione Poliambulanza- Istituto Ospedaliero, Brescia, Italy. She worked as a Scientific Research Writer and Lead Development Manager for BrainAura, a startup company based out of India and the UK and also as a senior scientific writer in novartis. Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Dr. SWATI SOLANKI is a Senior Project Associate in the OLP project of the National Institute Of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR) in CSIR-PUSA Campus New Delhi. She received his/her Ph.D.Degree in Biotechnology from Amity University in 2024 and earned 2 years of research experience in CSIR-NIScPR from 2017 to 2019. Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). Then worked as a Professor of Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology in different Institute/University in India and abroad i.e., in Ethiopia for more than 25 Years. He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. His Area of Expertise includes: Design and Development of Drug Delivery and Drug Targeting Systems such as Matrix, Gastro-retentive, Mucoadhesive and Nanotechnology based drug formulations for sustain and controlled drug delivery in drug targeting.
