Dr. Sanghdeep Gautam is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus).
He received his Ph.D. Degree in biotechnology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Science and Technology, Prayagraj University . Dr. Gautam worked at Department of Microbiology as a Scientific Officer for molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 and central research laboratory at Krishna Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura, up to December 2022. He has worked as seed analyst for DNA test at seed testing laboratory, Directorate of Seed & Farm, Shiats, Allahabad, Financed under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna. He has represented India in XVIII Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica during the season 2008-09 during a CSIR funded project entitled “Adaptive strategies of Antarctic Microflora under harsh environmental conditions in Schirmacher Oasis region, East Antarctica”. He has more than 11 years of experience in academics & research and taught various subjects like molecular biology, proteomics genomics, nanotechnology both at UG and PG level. He is CSIR-UGC-NET qualified in life sciences. He has supervised 12 post graduate students for their dissertation work. His Area of Expertise includes: Nano biotechnology and molecular biology. He has published research papers, review papers and book chapters in various international and national journals of repute.
Dr. Gautam has received Young Scientist Award 2023 by The Society of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists, India on the occasion of International Biomedical Laboratory Science Day, on April 14, 2023. He was holding National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research, Goa funded project fellowship 2008-2011. Dr. Gautam received UGC funded fellowship for doctoral degree 2012- 2017. Dr. Gautam was recognised as Distinguished speaker at national seminar on “ Advancement in Nanotechnology & Cancer Biology: An Emerging Healthcare Sector” organized by School of Life & Allied Sciences, BFIT College Dehradun.
Dr. Debashree De is a seasoned scientific writer (Ex-novartis) with 15 years of research experience. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural Biology and Biochemistry from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2012 and earned her postdoctoral from Centro di Rierca E. Menni, Fondazione Poliambulanza- Istituto Ospedaliero, Brescia, Italy. She worked as a Scientific Research Writer and Lead Development Manager for BrainAura, a startup company based out of India and the UK and also as a senior scientific writer in novartis. She has 15 Years of Experience in the field of peptide biochemistry. Her area of expertise includes: Structural biology and biochemistry, Scientific writing, Real World Evidence. She is the author of 14 publications (manuscripts, reviews, book chapters) with one of her review article on her research being the focus of a news article . She is also the member of prestigious peptide societies, reviewer of journal PlosOne as well as the recipient of CSIR and ICMR senior fellowships. She has successfully optimized methodologies for the study of amyloid beta aggregate destabilization on Surface Plasmon Resonance (published).
Ms. Daina Yesuraj is a Lecturer in the GUCR department at the University of Dubai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Marine biotechnology from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy since 2023. She has more than 10 years of combined experience in the field of teaching and research. Her area of expertise includes: sustainability and seaweed biotechnology. She is the author of few research papers and a book chapter related to application of seaweeds. Other than academia, she simultaneously serves as a Judge for the Global Undergraduate Awards, Ireland since 2022.

Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy Poonuru is a Professor in the Pharmaceutics Department of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kakatiya University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She holds a PhD in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, and her work spans clinical psychology and behavioral sciences, including the development of psychometric tools.
