Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Dr. Chakravarthi Mohan is currently working as General Manager, certifications at the Indian society for certification of organic products (ISCOP), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University in 2015 and earned his postdoctoral fellowship from the Federal University of Sao Carlos during 2016 -2020. In 2021, he joined ISCOP as a Quality Manager. He has 15 Years of Experience in the field of Biotechnology. Her/his Area of Expertise includes genetic engineering, protein expression, and bioinformatic analysis of big data. He is the author of 40+ publications in journals of high repute with 1100+ citations and a recipient of international grants and a visiting scientist fellowship at the University of Florida, USA.

Dr. Upma Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Gautam Buddha University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. Mrs. Neeru Gupta is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Computer Science at NDIIT, with 10-year academic career intertwined with over three years of industry experience in IT and software development. Pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science , she is a recognized expert in her field.

Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.

Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University.
