Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. His Area of Expertise includes: Agriculture, Agribusiness, Organic Farming, Agronomy, Seeds, Pesticides, Natural Farming, Farm Management, Training, Digital agriculture, cereals, millets, pulses, spices, oilseeds, bast fibres, Research and Extension, Report preparation, Monitoring, Organising conferences, workshops, Editing. Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.

Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Ceramic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2007. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. He has 26 Years of Experience in Nanoceramics, Bioceramics, and High-Temperature Ceramics. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. Dr. Upma Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Gautam Buddha University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. She has 5 Years of Experience in the field of Bioethanol production utilizing dairy waste. Her Areas of Expertise include: bioethanol production, yeast development, metabolic engineering, gene expression ,etc.

Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.

Dr. Md Afroz Alam is a Professor and Head in the Department of Bioinformatics, at Shalom New Life College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. He is having 14 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Bioinformatics.
