Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. His expertise spans Management Basics, Leadership, Marketing Management, Management Ethics, and Management Research. Dr. Sanghdeep Gautam is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus).
He received his Ph.D. Degree in biotechnology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Science and Technology, Prayagraj University . Dr. Gautam worked at Department of Microbiology as a Scientific Officer for molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 and central research laboratory at Krishna Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura, up to December 2022. He has worked as seed analyst for DNA test at seed testing laboratory, Directorate of Seed & Farm, Shiats, Allahabad, Financed under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna. He has represented India in XVIII Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica during the season 2008-09 during a CSIR funded project entitled “Adaptive strategies of Antarctic Microflora under harsh environmental conditions in Schirmacher Oasis region, East Antarctica”. He has more than 11 years of experience in academics & research and taught various subjects like molecular biology, proteomics genomics, nanotechnology both at UG and PG level. He is CSIR-UGC-NET qualified in life sciences. He has supervised 12 post graduate students for their dissertation work. His Area of Expertise includes: Nano biotechnology and molecular biology. Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
