Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.

Dr. Jyoti Gangane is a Professor in the E&TC Department at Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai). She earned her PhD in Wireless Communication from the University of Malaga, Spain (2016) and brings 32 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication. Her expertise includes digital signal processing (DSP) and wireless communication, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

She brings over three years of dedicated research experience in the field of Medical Biotechnology, specializing in muscle aging.

Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. He founded Scripta Lex Law Firm and established an independent legal practice, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and several tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and consumer forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
As an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Tiwari has gained extensive experience in handling complex legal matters in Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC). Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development.
