With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Singh is a retired Professor in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at the Banaras Hindu University of Varanasi. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Banaras Hindu University University in 1981. Then worked as a Professor in Genetics and Plant Breeding, Banaras Hindu University for 15 Years. He is having 36 Years of Experience in the field of Microbial Genetics. She has natural flair for teaching and research. During her teaching, she won many accolades including, Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Innovative Teaching Pedagogy in K R Mangalam University. Her research paper was awarded with best research paper at one day National Conference on Social-Legal Impact of Environment Jurisprudence in the 21st Century, dated 21st October 2021. So far she has published 11 research papers and chapters in various journal and books and has also presented 15 research papers in National and International Conferences.
