Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. Dr. Dimple Thakar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Marwadi University, with a prolific 20-year academic career intertwined with over three years of industry experience in IT and software development. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in steganography, she is a recognized expert in her field.

Dr. Thakar has a deep commitment to education and research, reflected in her roles as Research Coordinator and NAAC criteria coordinator at the Faculty of Computer Application, where she also serves as the Program Coordinator for the BCA course. Her extensive teaching repertoire includes advanced subjects such as Data Structures, C#.NET, Design Analysis and Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.

Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

Dr. Jyoti Gangane is a Professor in the E&TC Department at Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai). She earned her PhD in Wireless Communication from the University of Malaga, Spain (2016) and brings 32 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication. Her expertise includes digital signal processing (DSP) and wireless communication, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. Prof. Tinku Basu is the Founder Director of Amity Centre for Nanomedicine at Amity University, Noida, with a PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 1993. Since 2003, she has been a driving force in nanomedicine, specializing in sensor development. Prof. Basu’s impactful contributions include mobile app-based sensors for pesticides, COVID antibodies, and diabetes management. Her research spans electrochemical diagnostic biosensors, precise synthesis of materials like reduced graphene oxide, metal organic frameworks (MOF), and anisotropic metal nanoparticles. Noteworthy inventions include hand-held biosensors for Aflatoxin B1, triglyceride biosensors with extended shelf life, and reusable cholesterol and glucose sensors. With over 50 international publications in peer-reviewed journals and 7 granted patents out of 22 filed, Prof. Basu is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Dr. A.V. Ullas is an Assistant Professor in the Nanotechnology program at the Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) AKTU Lucknow. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Applied Chemistry from Delhi Technological University(DTU) in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor in Plastics Engineering at CIPET Lucknow from Aug 2017-2019. He later joined Nanotechnology program at CAS AKTU from September 2019. He is having 07 Years of Experience in the field of teaching.
