Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Ceramic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2007. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. He has 26 Years of Experience in Nanoceramics, Bioceramics, and High-Temperature Ceramics. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. He is the author of peer-reviewed 65 SCI publications, four books (CRC Press, Springer-Nature, Wiley), five book chapters, 6 National and International Patents, Govt. of India and Industry sponsored projects with a cost of more than Rs.3.5 crore, and recipient of the MRSI medal 2016, and many more.

Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Dr. A. O. Surendranathan is a Retired Professor in the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Ph. D. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mangalore University in 1994. Then continued to work as a Lecturer (Senior Scale) in National Institute of Technology for 2 Years. He is having 41 Years of Experience in the field of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. His Area of Expertise includes Powder Metallurgy, Super plasticity, Lithium Battery, and Corrosion. He is the author of a book entitled, “An Introduction to Ceramics and Refractories”, recipient of 7 Project Grants. 7 awards etc.

MR. SYED KRAR HAIDER BUKHARI is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and associated with Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Superior University, Lahore. He received the Master of Science degree in computer science (MSCS) from FAST NUCES Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. He has 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, deep Learning ,NLP and Generative AI.He is currently working as an Data Scientist at digital DirAction. He is mentor and AI / ML Trainer at DirAction. He worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer at TPL UK based company. He is Editorial Board Member at STM Journals. He also worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer. He recived distinguished awards in research funds for his publications.His research publication includes in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, NLP, and deep learning.

Miss Nishita is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Science Department of Environmental Science at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has submitted his/her Ph.D. thesis in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. She/he is the BRICS YOUNG SCIENTIST 2023, recipient of any Grants, awards etc.

He received his Ph.D Degree in Carbon based Nanomaterials from IIT, Bombay in 1997 and earned his postdoctoral from University of Namur (Belgium) 1997-1998 and Nagoya University (JAPAN) in 1998-1999 under JSPS Program. Then joined as a Research Scientist in DMSRDE, DRDO, Kanpur in 1999. He is having 28 Years of Experience in the field of Carbon based Nanomaterials. His Area of Expertise includes: Synthesis and Application of Carbon based Nanomaterials. He is the author of 78 peer reviewed journal papers, 7 book chapters and have 19 granted patents. He is recipient of DRDO Young Scientist Award 2001 and B. D. Bangur Award 2019 from Indian Carbon Society.

Dr. G. Reshma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at PVPSIT. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2021 and worked as a Assistant Professor in PVPSIT Institute/University for 17 Years. She is having 8 Years of Experience in the field of Data Analytics. Her area of expertise includes: Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Data Science, AI. She is the author of Prologue to Artificial Intelligence Techniques-Predicting the future. Recipient of Young Researcher Award 2020 by International Association of Research and Developed Organization on March 2020. A total of papers 14 in various SCIE, SCOPUS indexed, Springer Series AISC These publications have got 10 citations and h -index of 3.

Mr. Sourav Mohanto is currently working as a Project Associate-II under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Karnataka, India. He has previous working experience as academician for 3.5 Years, and also worked as Patent Research Analyst for a year. His expertise includes Drug delivery science, Materials Science, Biomaterials development and characterizations, Molecular docking, etc. He is the authors of 54 publications, 07 books, 10 Intellectual Property Rights, recipient of Young Researcher Award-2023, Best Researcher Award-2024, Best Poster Presentation award, Best Oral presentation award, etc., by various national and international organizations. He has guided various UG, and PG students at the university level and was nominated as an organizing committee member for multiple conference bodies and professional organizations (i.e., APTI, CRC-IC, APR, etc.) across the globe. Ms. Neha Sawal is a Legal Analyst in Apex Fund Services Ltd. Company/Organization located at Bangalore. She received her L.L.B. Degree from Mody University, Laxmangarh in 2016 and earned her postdoctoral in Business law from university of Indian Law, Pune in 2021. Then worked as an Assistant Professor –Tax Law in Christ University Bangalore Institute/University. She has 2.5 Years of Experience in the field of Corporate Law. Her Area of Expertise includes: Business Law, Startup incorporation, constitutional law, Legal studies, Human rights law, Startup funding and legal procedures, family laws, criminal and civil law.

Dr. Galiveeti Poornima is a distinguished academician and researcher specializing in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Presidency University, Bengaluru, she has devoted her research to pioneering advancements in Signed Language Recognition, particularly for Indian Sign Languages. Her expertise extends to the application of ML and AI in healthcare, IoT, and cybersecurity, where she has contributed significantly to the development of intelligent systems for medical diagnostics and social media analytics.

A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition.
