A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.

Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Miss Nishita is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Science Department of Environmental Science at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has submitted his/her Ph.D. thesis in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. She/he is the BRICS YOUNG SCIENTIST 2023, recipient of any Grants, awards etc.

Dr Shama Parveen is a Sustainability Consultant at Kognoz Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram and Gender Equality Advisor at GreenLungs Earth Foundation, Faridabad. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Ethics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2019 and is working on her postdoctoral research proposal entitled, “Ecology of Gender”. She was a lecturer at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2017-2018, NavGurukul Social Welfare Foundation, Delhi from June 2022- December 2022. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of teaching, environmental sustainability, counselling and social work. Dr. Chakravarthi Mohan is currently working as General Manager, certifications at the Indian society for certification of organic products (ISCOP), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University in 2015 and earned his postdoctoral fellowship from the Federal University of Sao Carlos during 2016 -2020. In 2021, he joined ISCOP as a Quality Manager. He has 15 Years of Experience in the field of Biotechnology. Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering.
