Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University. He received his LL.M Degree from Panjab University in 2013 and submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in May 2024. He worked as a Lecturer in Various Companies/MNCs Since 2013. He has 11 Years of Experience in the field of Law. His Area of Expertise includes Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. He published more than 7 Research papers in renowned peer-reviewed journals and various papers presented at the National and International Conferences.

Dr Shama Parveen is a Sustainability Consultant at Kognoz Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram and Gender Equality Advisor at GreenLungs Earth Foundation, Faridabad. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Ethics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2019 and is working on her postdoctoral research proposal entitled, “Ecology of Gender”. She was a lecturer at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2017-2018, NavGurukul Social Welfare Foundation, Delhi from June 2022- December 2022. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of teaching, environmental sustainability, counselling and social work. Her Area of Expertise includes: Academic teaching, Environmental consultancy, Personality Development Coach, Curriculum development and Counselling. She is the author of “Ecology as a Political Theory”, “Can there be a long-term solution to ecological crisis?”, “The root cause of Ecological Crisis: Anthropocentrism”.

Dr. Debasish Sarkar is a Professor in the Department of Ceramic Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Ceramic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2007. He earned his postdoctoral from the Korea Research Institute of Standard and Science, Daejeon, South Korea. He then worked as a Professor at NIT for 14 Years. He has 26 Years of Experience in Nanoceramics, Bioceramics, and High-Temperature Ceramics. His Area of Expertise includes: Nanoparticles, Ceramic Processing and Fabrication, Microstructure and Mechanical Properties Simulation, and Design and Analysis of Structural Ceramics. He is the author of peer-reviewed 65 SCI publications, four books (CRC Press, Springer-Nature, Wiley), five book chapters, 6 National and International Patents, Govt. of India and Industry sponsored projects with a cost of more than Rs.3.5 crore, and recipient of the MRSI medal 2016, and many more.
