Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Designated as a Class I Gazetted Officer, his expertise covers Cyber Law, Forensic Science, and Digital Evidence, making significant contributions as a resource person for various esteemed institutions. He authored the internationally recognized book “Cyber Law and Cyber Crime Detection,” and his research is published in numerous national and international journals. Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University. He received his LL.M Degree from Panjab University in 2013 and submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in May 2024. He worked as a Lecturer in Various Companies/MNCs Since 2013.
