Dr. Subas Chandra Dinda is a Professor & Dean in the School of Pharmacy at The Neotia University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Technology) from Jadavpur University in 2008 and honored with Life Fellow (F.I.C.) in 2008 from Institution of Chemists (India). He is having 26 Years of Teaching-cum-Research Experience in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology. Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. He has supervised PhD candidates and delivered workshops and T3 sessions in machine learning, business analytics, and optimization, with interests spanning deep learning, IoT, and cybersecurity.
