Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr. Roy’s expertise and contributions have cemented his reputation in the field.

Dr. Aqsa is an Assistant Professor and researcher with over a decade of professional experience in academia and research, specializing in Criminal Law. She has supervised 40 undergraduate theses and served as a project coordinator for the ‘Standardized Module for Legal Awareness Program,’ a project undertaken by Jamia Millia Islamia in collaboration with the National Commission for Women in 2014. She has published six papers in reputed law journals and has presented numerous papers at national seminars and conferences on legal issues. She was honored with the Best Paper Presentation award in the field of Victimology. Mr. Devinder Singh Anand is an Assistant Professor in the UILS Department at the Chandigarh University. He received his LL.M Degree from Panjab University in 2013 and submitted his Ph.D. Thesis in May 2024. He worked as a Lecturer in Various Companies/MNCs Since 2013. He has 11 Years of Experience in the field of Law. His Area of Expertise includes Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Dr. M. Prasad is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. With 18+ years of teaching experience, including two years of international teaching in Ethiopia, he has guided 35+ UG/PG projects and currently supervises research scholars. A Google Android Educator, he conducts training on Google products across India and has mentored 150+ Google Certified Student Experts. Dr. Shubham Jaju is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, Telangana. He received his MD degree in 2023 from Kaloji Narayana Rao University. Then, he worked as a Senior Resident in Osmania Medical College for a year. He is having 4 years of experience in the field of Pharmacology. Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sharda University. He earned his PhD in Mathematical Computing from IIT Roorkee (2014) and completed his postgraduate studies in Computer Applications from IIT Roorkee. With 25 years of experience across mathematics and computer science, his expertise includes machine learning, medical imaging, and mathematical computing, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.

Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers

Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.
