Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.

Dr. Galiveeti Poornima is a distinguished academician and researcher specializing in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Presidency University, Bengaluru, she has devoted her research to pioneering advancements in Signed Language Recognition, particularly for Indian Sign Languages. Her expertise extends to the application of ML and AI in healthcare, IoT, and cybersecurity, where she has contributed significantly to the development of intelligent systems for medical diagnostics and social media analytics.

Dr Harishchander Anandaram is an Assistant Professor at Centre for Excellence in Computational Engineering and Networking, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioengineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, in 2020. In his PhD thesis, he worked on pharmacogenomics and miRNA- regulated networks in psoriasis, a joint project with Georgetown University, USA, JIPMER, INDIA, CIBA, INDIA, and ILS, INDIA. His thesis illustrated a multi-disciplinary approach by combining computational biophysics and molecular biology machine learning. Also, he had the opportunity to collaborate with international researchers and have publications in reputed international journals in bioinformatics and systems biology simultaneously. He has received the prestigious “Young Scientist Award” from “The Melinda Gates Foundation” for his research abstract on “The Implications of miRNA Dynamics in Infectious Diseases”. To date, he has reviewed more than 200 manuscripts in systems biology. He is currently working on predicting Novel lead molecules and biomarkers using computational techniques to target inflammatory pathways associated with infectious and autoimmune disorders.

Dr. Noopur Singh is a freelance researcher in the field of Bioinformatics. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in 2023. Before that, she worked as a JRF at the DBT-funded bioinformatics facility at Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. Subsequently, she held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur. Dr. Noopur has over 10 years of experience in the field of Bioinformatics. Her area of expertise includes Computer Aided Drug Design, Molecular Modeling, Gene Editing, NGS Data Analysis, Sequence Analysis, and Gene Prediction. She has authored 7 research publications.

Dr. Janmejoy Gupta, is the Dean in the Department of Architecture at the University of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, (An Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India), Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (Deemed to be University) in 2017. Then worked as an Assistant Professor (2011-2018) and then Associate Professor (2018-till date) in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, respectively for 12 Years. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad and earned his postdoctoral from Institute of Biology, Ecole normal Superior, IBENS – Paris. Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.
