Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor (Embryology Department) at OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad. He holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and a PGDSCT in Stem Cells from Anna University and Loyola College (2005–2010). With 12 years of experience in IVF laboratories, he has worked as a Lab Manager and QC Manager, supporting quality systems and laboratory performance in assisted reproduction. His expertise spans stem cells, IVF lab quality management, and AI applications in reproductive medicine, and he has authored a book chapter on Artificial Intelligence in Assisted Reproductive Technology.

Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She holds a PhD in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, and her work spans clinical psychology and behavioral sciences, including the development of psychometric tools. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.
